A significant sum has been invested recently in ground-breaking quality inspection technology. The unique system records every label image and checks it against the pass sheet. Any imperfection is marked within the software file and automatically stops on the finishing unit during the slitting process. Imperfect labels can then be removed and the customer will receive 100% matched labels. Systems Labelling are the only printer in the UK using this system that is integrated with the Management Information System providing absolute and unique control throughout the production process.
