We practice what we preach

Our working environment has seen continuous investment in state-of-the-art solvent free plate-making equipment, dust and humidity controls and best practice training programmes for our staff. As a business we practice what we preach and recycle over 170 tonnes of waste materials a year including pallets, ink, film, chemicals and adhesive. Stationery is printed on recycled paper and our reels are delivered in recycled boxes.

Liner recycling service

We have also launched a glassine liner recycling service for our customers designed to add real value through savings on landfill and incineration costs. The waste liner is re-pulped and re-used by the tissue industry.

To use this service all you have to do is contact us to arrange a suitable time and date for collection.

Glassine liner waste should be separated from general waste and packed in boxes and/or bales and palletised securely. Pallets should weigh between 400kg and 500kg and bales should have the cores removed.

The only charge is for the cost of carriage from anywhere in the UK, saving you landfill costs of approx £100 per tonne and contributes towards the drive for a better environment.
