As stated in the overview to this section we pride ourselves on our appetite for continuous improvement. This view is shared at every level of our business and we ensure our people are trained to excel in their specialist field. Our training and development programme supports a range of needs including Health & Safety, Quality Control, Management skills, Software and Technical Skills training for our Repro, Pre-Press and Printing staff, all to recognised industry standards. We run internal and external programmes including tailor made National Vocational Qualifications in partnership with our local college.
